1. Overview
We Fix Services (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is a platform that connects private customers (“you,” “your,” or “client”) with independent service providers and businesses (“service providers”) specializing in various home and office maintenance and repair services. These services include, but are not limited to, plumbing, painting, flushing and cleaning of house and sewer pipes, locksmith services, house cleaning services, carpenter work, and AC installation, repair and servicing.
Our role is strictly as an intermediary. We facilitate communication and booking between customers and service providers. We do not perform the services ourselves nor do we employ the service providers listed on our platform.
2. Scope of Services
We Fix Services acts solely as a facilitator in connecting clients with independent service providers. The services available through our platform include:
- Plumbing Work
- Painting Work
- Flushing and Cleaning of House and Sewer Pipes
- Locksmith Services
- House Cleaning Services
- Carpenter Work
- AC Installation and Servicing
By using our website, you agree that the actual work will be performed by third-party service providers, and We Fix Services is not responsible for potential mistakes made by the subcontractor.
3. No Warranty or Guarantee
We Fix Services does not provide any warranty or guarantee regarding:
- The quality, reliability, or performance of any contractor.
- The suitability of any service provider for your specific needs.
- The outcome of any work performed by the contractor.
The selection of service providers is based on your preferences, and you agree that any agreements, disputes, or issues regarding the services provided are between you and the contractor.
4. Liability
You acknowledge and agree that:
- We Fix Services is not responsible for the actions, negligence, or work quality of contractors. All work performed by contractors is under their responsibility, and We Fix Services assumes no liability for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from the work performed.
- Contractors are responsible for their own insurance and liability coverage. Any damages, injuries, or other issues arising during or after the provision of services must be handled between the client and the service provider. We Fix Services will not be held liable for any incidents, accidents, or errors that may occur.
5. Payments and Fees
Payments will be processed in accordance with the terms agreed upon between the client and us.
We set our rate based on an estimate of time to complete a project, material and man cost as well as marketing costs, and any agreements regarding pricing, payment, or changes to service scope must be directly made between the client and us.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
For pre-booked services, we require that any cancellation must be made at least 24 hours in advance. If the cancellation occurs within less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee of €100 will be invoiced to the client.
In cases where services are booked for the same day and a cancellation is issued after the work has commenced—regardless of whether the service provider has arrived at the location—a fee of €200 will be invoiced.
By booking services through We Fix Services, you agree to these terms and accept the applicable cancellation fees.
7. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute between you and a service provider, we encourage both parties to resolve the issue amicably. We Fix Services is not obligated to mediate or resolve disputes but may offer assistance at our discretion. Any legal action taken due to a dispute must be handled directly between the client and the service provider.
8. Insurance
All service providers included on our platform are required to have appropriate and valid insurance coverage for the services they provide. However, it is the service provider’s responsibility to maintain their insurance policies, and We Fix Services is not liable for any gaps in insurance or failure to maintain coverage. Clients should inquire about the specific insurance coverage of the service provider before services begin.
9. Third-Party Links and Resources
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or resources. These links are provided for your convenience only, and We Fix Services does not endorse or assume any responsibility for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party websites. Your use of these third-party sites is at your own risk.
10. User Conduct
As a user of We Fix Services, you agree to:
- Use the platform in a lawful and respectful manner.
- Provide accurate information when requesting services or communicating with service providers.
- Not use the platform to engage in any fraudulent, illegal, or inappropriate activity.
11. Privacy Policy
Your use of the We Fix Services website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
12. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to, breach of these Terms and Conditions.
14. Pricing
We Fix Services applies a call-out fee for each service provided, which will be determined based on the type of service and location. After the call-out fee is applied, an hourly rate will be charged for the work performed by the service provider. All prices are based on a time window between 07:00-16:00, for emergency / uncomfortable hours see THIS. Below is the pricing structure for each service (07:00-16:00):

15. Third-party Services
We Fix Services may collaborate with or subcontract an external company to complete specific tasks if we are unable to perform the work ourselves. Please note that in such cases, the responsibility for the quality, completion, and any issues related to the service lies solely with the subcontracted company. This includes, but is not limited to, all liability and insurance coverage requirements. By booking a service through We Fix Services, you acknowledge that we are not responsible for any performance issues or damages that may arise from work completed by an external provider. The subcontracted company’s insurance will apply in the event of any incidents.
However, We Fix Services will do our utmost to be helpful and provide assistance should such a situation arise.
